Personal Film

This project brings together years of travel, filmmaking, and visual exploration into a single cinematic piece. Created as a personal anthology of Lukas’s work, the film weaves material from Mongolia, Indonesia, Scotland, Iceland, and various collaborative projects into a cohesive narrative that reflects his evolving approach to storytelling, emotion, and place.

The concept was to distill the essence of Lukas’s visual language — a blend of atmospheric landscapes, human connection, and the quiet tension between movement and stillness. Built from footage collected across different expeditions, the film connects themes of nature, culture, and introspection through rhythm, pacing, and a strong sense of mood.

While many scenes were captured in collaboration with filmmakers such as Franziska Schäfer, Jyoti Jackovickis, and CJ Baldony, key elements like FPV drone work, underwater shots, and landscape cinematography originate from Lukas himself. In post-production, he crafted every detail: editing, color grading, sound design, and the voiceover that ties the imagery together.

The result is a deeply personal visual piece — a reflection of years spent learning to see, to listen, and to tell stories through images.
