Behind the polished surfaces of Würzburg’s hotels and businesses lies the work of Glanzmeister — a team defined by craft, consistency, and attention to detail. Commissioned to create photo and video assets for their website, print materials, and social media channels, this project documents the precision, consistency, and human side of a service industry that often works behind the scenes.

Across multiple client locations, Lukas captured the daily operations of the Glanzmeister team — from technical cleaning methods and specialized equipment to authentic employee portraits and atmospheric process visuals. Filming required careful coordination with active customer environments, ensuring that shoots remained efficient, unobtrusive, and seamlessly integrated into ongoing workflows.

Certain productions pushed the technical setup further: aerial sequences filmed with drones and FPV systems, as well as high-angle shots taken from a 30-meter lift to portray the full scale of large commercial properties. These perspectives allowed the visual narrative to highlight both the scope and the craftsmanship of Glanzmeister’s work.
