What began as the development of a 30-second cinematic spec ad evolved into a longer-term collaboration across multiple departments of the hotel group. Over several months, Lukas supported Seaside with a wide range of visual projects designed to strengthen brand identity and enhance internal and external communication.

From staff portraits and awareness-driven social content to LinkedIn videos, restaurant visuals, room features, and destination-focused footage, each production aimed to connect the island’s natural diversity with the unique atmosphere of the Seaside properties. The signature spec film—conceived, shot, and edited by Lukas—embodied this vision by merging athletic activity, relaxation, and luxury into a vibrant, modern storytelling format.

Across all projects, Lukas handled every creative and technical stage: concept development, cinematography, talent coordination, location planning, editing, color grading, and sound design. The result is a cohesive visual foundation that serves the brand across platforms and departments.
